Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit reserves your dates. We aim to be fair to both our clients and our guides — please read this before booking. Travel insurance is recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations.
Deposit & balance
A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your trip.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled trip date receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days forfeit the deposit unless the trip can be rebooked, in which case the deposit is applied to a future trip.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip result in forfeiture of the full trip cost.

We recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
